Tom King is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with expertise in business strategy, financial management, operations and organizational development to drive growth within the investment advisory industry. Mr. King's role at EAC includes leading the company's Outsourced CFO and Management Company Accounting offerings for its Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Mr. King is skilled at building and scaling financial and operational infrastructure and controls, managing global teams and cultivating strong relationships with clients, regulators and auditors. Additionally, Mr. King is an experienced leader overseeing Finance/Accounting, Operations, Treasury, Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit, Investor Services, Human Resources, Facilities and Administration. Mr. King's career includes leading teams at recognized industry leaders including Citadel Investment Group, Nantahala Capital Management, and Round Table Investment Management Company.
Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Saint Joseph's College and is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.
