The team employs extensive experience in launching funds to attain optimal launch efficiency and meet designated targets.

Design an engagement based on client needs:

• Review relevant partnership agreements, CIMs, subscriptions documents and investment management agreements with special emphasis on accounting, operational, and regulatory provisions

• Set-up management company operations including definition of roles and responsibilities

• Actively participate in selection of service providers

• Coordinate formation of legal entities with counsel

• Design operational infrastructure, including trade flow

• Creation and/or support of marketing materials

• Create DDQ and marketing presentation

• Perform mock investors due diligence training to prepare team for investor meetings and reviews

• Engage in recruiting key personnel

• Participate in selection of real estate and office design
